USA / Canada Order Process for AttoPilot
All sales are contingent upon receipt of pen-signed liability form and clearance of payment. The completed liability form may be sent to AttoPilot International by US mail or courier, by fax, or scanned and sent by e-mail. The requirement for signed liability form extends to sales of all subcomponents that are to be used with the complete AttoPilot control system, excluding the voltage and current sensor which is currently for sale at Sparkfun Electronics (www.Sparkfun.com).
1. Print both pages of the Limited Liability and Warranty form. Read this document carefully then pen-sign and fill out requested information.
